FM Creative Solutions LLC was founded by a corporate real estate and facilities executive with over 25 years of experience leading Real Estate, Facilities, and Corporate Services functions at major global financial institutions — including Morgan Stanley, UBS, NYSE Euronext, Wiley, and AQR Capital Management.

Overseeing portfolios spanning hundreds of properties across multiple continents — and managing everything from lease negotiations to capital planning to critical incident response — gives you a clear view of where standard tools fall short.

That experience became the foundation for Portfolio One, our comprehensive corporate real estate and facilities management platform. Our team's expertise extends beyond facilities into hospitality operations and restaurant group purchasing organization management, enabling us to build sophisticated, domain-specific systems for clients across industries.
